The following chart is a percentage breakdown of the options found on the
vehicles registered. For example, if RPO code AU3 is at 30% that means that of
the cars in the registry 30% were reported as being equipped with this option.
If the options were not reported because it was a vehicle listed for sale or
they otherwise could not be accurately ascertained, then that vehicle and its
options were left out of the calculation. The hope is that as time goes on and
more vehicles are added to the Registry this data will begin to paint an
accurate picture of approximately how many vehicles were equipped with a
particular option.
In the mean time, In a decidedly UNSCIENTIFIC manner, I have projected out approximately how many would have been built with the different options. This is based on the cars reported to the registry and will change as cars are added. BY NO MEANS SHOULD THIS BE CONSIDERED OFFICIAL PRODUCTION NUMBERS-THIS IS JUST TO GIVE US SOME SORT OF IDEA OF WHAT MAY HAVE BEEN BUILT.
